The Solidarity Project
Standing with Survivors. Creating Space for Healing.
What is The Solidarity Project?
The Solidarity Project is a sacred space—both physical and communal—dedicated to standing with survivors of sexual assault and abuse. In spring, during Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we host The Solidarity Wall on the University of Oregon campus as a visible, participatory act of empathy, courage, and hope.
The wall asks one simple question:
“If you could say one encouraging thing to a survivor of sexual assault, what would it be?”
We also hand out a printed Love Letter to thousands of students—a reminder that they are seen, valued, and loved.
This project is our way of reminding people that love still lives here—and so does hope.

How You Can Participate
✅ Write a Message
We believe words carry healing power. Stop by the wall and write a few words of hope to a survivor. Your note may be the very one someone needs to see.
✅ Volunteer
Help us create a space of compassion and courage on campus. Volunteers assist with welcoming participants, distributing Love Letters, facilitating conversations, setting up and taking down the wall, and prayer support.
Whether you can serve for a couple of hours or an entire shift, your presence helps make this space possible.
